Once you create an account on our website, all the information is there for you to apply. We don’t act as a middleman or take any commission—you keep 100% of whatever you earn. All of your information is there for others to contact you. Think of it like a digital billboard: you pay for the space, but you handle all the calls and keep all the profit. We will also share a spotlight of approved businesses at random on our Instagram and tag you so that others can find you as well. As mentioned, homeowners are requesting this resource more and more as they get frustrated finding professionals for their old homes!

Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, you can cancel. Please see our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime: You have the flexibility to cancel your directory listing at any time for any reason.
Effective Date: If you have already paid for the current month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing cycle. You will continue to have full access and visibility in the database until the end of the month you have paid for.
No Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Once a payment is processed, your listing remains active until the next scheduled renewal date, at which point it will not be charged again.
How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, you must send an email clearly stating your wish to cancel to oldhouseaddicts@yahoo.com.
Confirmation: Once we receive your email, we will process the request and send you a confirmation of your final active date.
